Served hot with chutney or ketchup, these pakoras make for a satisfying and protein-packed snack after a long day of fasting.<br /><br />Ingredients for Pakora Mixture:<br /><br />Carrot (julienne) 1+ 1/2 cup ( Gajar )<br />Potato ( julienne ) 1 cup ( Aloo )<br />Onion (Sliced) 1 cup ( Pyaz )<br />Cabbage 1/2 cup ( Band Gobhi )<br />Tomatoes (julienne) 1/4 cup ( Tamatar)<br />Capsicum (julienne) 1/4 cup ( Shimla Mirch )<br />Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp ( Hari Mirch )<br />Gram flour 1 cup ( Baisan )<br />Rice flour 1/2 cup ( Chawalon ka atta )<br />Coriander powder 2 tbsp ( Dhania powder )<br />Red chili flakes 1tbsp ( Dhara mirch )<br />Red chili powder 1tbsp ( Lal Mirch powder )<br />Chaat Masala 1/2 tbsp<br />Cumin powder 1tbsp ( Zeera )<br />Salt 1tsp ( Namak )<br />Water as required ( Pani )<br />Eggs (boiled) 3-4<br /><br />Directions:<br /><br />1. In a bowl add carrot, onion, tomatoes, potato, cabbage , capsicum, green chilies, gram flour, rice flour, coriander powder, red chili flakes, red chili powder cumin powder, chaat masala, salt and water. Mix it well.<br />2. Now coat the boiled egg with the mixture.<br />3.
